We'd love to tell you more...
Our new day-care setting will provide high-quality care for up to 42 children a day from 6 months to pre-school age, from 8am to 6pm for 49 weeks of the year.
Choosing the right nursery for your child is an important decision, and we want your child to receive the best care and education possible at our nursery.
The nursery will combine a homely atmosphere with everything you’d expect in a modern-day childcare setting – the best of both worlds!
We started over 18 years ago with one Montessori nursery, and now we run five local Montessori nurseries, where we have shown that the child-led learning that we offer is of huge benefit to the children in our care. Every child is treated with respect and patience, enabling them to become independent and confident learners.
Our new nursery will be equipped with Early Years resources and the very best Montessori equipment, and fully-qualified adults will work closely with the children to meet their individual needs. It has been thoughtfully designed around the needs of children, with everything from high-level plug sockets to low-level sinks and toilets.
The children will also be offered free access to a carefully planned outside classroom that will offer opportunities for children to learn new skills and make fresh discoveries.
The children will grow their own fruit, vegetables and flowers, as well as caring for pets including rabbits, guinea pigs and chickens, giving them an understanding of the needs of living things.
They will also be involved in the development of their own Scandinavian-style forest school.
We will offer the government-funded 15 hours of pre-school education to children who are three years old, as well as 30 hours of childcare for the children of qualifying working parents. We are also registered to accept childcare vouchers as payment towards fees.
